Chicken Caesar Wraps
Need a quick dinner? Chicken caesar wraps are a super easy go to when you're short on time, don't feel like cooking much, or just needing a twist on plain salad!
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast
Romaine Hearts
Croutons
Feta Cheese
Caesar Dressing
Tortillas
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Oil
Directions:
1. Cut raw chicken into bite size pieces
2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides of chicken
3. Add oil to a frying pan on medium high heat, and cook chicken until pink is gone, and chicken is throughly cooked
4. While chicken is cooking, cut romaine hearts into bite size pieces
5. Lay tortilla flat and spread caesar dressing all over surface
6. Add romaine, chicken (once finished cooking), croutons, and cheese. I used feta cheese (pictured below), but you can use the cheese of your choice
7. Wrap it up, and enjoy!
Now I put a little too much filling in my tortilla, so my wrap was rather disgraceful looking (hence the picture taken pre-wrapped). But I have included a handy guide on how to wrap tortillas, which I will definitely be using next time I make this deliciousness!
