Fall Wreaths

I woke up this morning wanting to make a Fall wreath, so I took to Pinterest and settled on making a little something like this:

However, when I got to Joann's those whopping 70% off Fall décor signs got me thinking maybe my DIY project should just be a DIBuy instead. So 20 minutes and $18 bucks later I came home with this cute wreath and centerpiece filler. Voila! My house is Fall ready!

I'm a sucker for craft stores...you go in for one thing, and $100 later you come home with enough stuff for 5 completely unrelated projects. Your excitement and inspiration you felt in the store turns into feelings of being overwhelmed and not knowing where to start once you get home. Which eventually turns into bags of stuff with tags on them for days, weeks, and sometimes months until you're cleaning up and find them in the corner, and hopefully do something about it this go round. How do I know? Because my 6 chair reupholstry project took 2 months, my DIY curtains took 4 months, and hanging my dining room décor took 5 months. At least my place is finally coming together, even if it's taken half the year.

Creatively Yours
